I have been working with In Good Company and their fantastic members for years and I finally became a member myself about two years ago. Although IGC might be best known as a shared workspace for women entrepreneurs, as a Community Member, I don’t necessarily use the workspace, but take advantage of the numerous classes, the diverse group of members (who are fantastic with the referrals!), and I co-chair the Creative Professionals Affinity Group.
I was beyond honored to be chosen to work closely with Adelaide Lancaster, co-founder, on the recent rebranding of In Good Company. Our goal was to design something fresh, fun, sophisticated, feminine, cool, fashionable, high-end boutique, and very New York to not only appeal to new members, but also represent the vibrant community already in existence at IGC.
The project actually started off as a web design, but after I submitted my first designs (see the first round of designs in the gallery below), Adelaide decided it was time to revisit the logo too! Yay! After we had the web design and logo nailed down, it was crucial to carry the new look and feel through to the rest of IGC’s web presence, so I customized their Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ profiles, as well as their email newsletter.
