Not everyone can shell out the big bucks for Photoshop. And even if you can, that doesn’t mean you’re going to be able to figure out how to use it. My clients are always looking to save some dough on business expenses and my feelings aren’t hurt that they don’t want to have to pay me each time they need a picture resized or rotated for a blog post. Consequently, I’m frequently asked for recommendations for free photo editing software. Problem is, I use Photoshop. So I’ve done some research and compiled a list of… well, lists:
